Kick The CAP Out of Plastic!
Kick The CAP Out of Plastic Environmental Project – The City of Miramar, Everglades High School and Dolphin Bay Elementary.
The Greenhouse Neutral Foundation is all about environmental education. Many a time we can as adults learn from our children. The Foundation was contacted by Katia Brody from the City of Miramar Florida and was delighted to be a small part of this fantastic ‘Kick the CAP out of Plastic’ campaign. The Foundations founders have a long history of plastic recycling including being the recipients of the Global Environment Award for Plastic Recycling in 2006. We applaud all those involved in this practical environmental initiative. Why not follow the lead of these inspirational students (the leaders of the future) and set up a similar project in your school?
‘Teach your children well’ and learn from them why we need to recycle.
Well done everyone! Congratulations from the Greenhouse Neutral Foundation! Bob Williamson – Chair & Founder.
Two Miramar high school students reach their goal of collecting 1 ton of plastic bottle caps to help protect the environment, keep the caps out of landfills and protect wildlife.
